Two weeks before the election I've been spammed by phone
numbers, no messages left on any of the calls to voicemail, blocked them each

not suggest you call me at this number. With over 200 calls in less than three
months, I am presently deleting messages without listening to them. I prefer
contact by mail. I request all phone numbers’ listed permanently blocked from
calling my cell phone, Tracfone.

Description
of complaint: High Tech Crime, Consumer/Financial Fraud, Fabricating False
Evidence, Discrimination, Harassment, and Intimidation.
I
request action taken against Tracfone, maybe Walmart, and the persons behind
targeting those numbers to call my phone. I purchased the phone $39.95 at 3075 E Tropicana Ave,
Las Vegas, NV 89121. Walmart sells Tracfone in the State of Nevada,
which, I believe gives the state jurisdiction to stop and have Tracfone stop
and block the numbers that I have listed, as their product has failed to block
under its “block feature.”
A couple days later,
someone turned the phone off because I could no longer reach the phone to check
my voicemail for the phone from an alternate phone. This did not seem that
important to me at the time, but hind sight, it was.
Now, anyone listening
to my phone which is done much today with wire devices, could have overheard this
conversation, and devised a scheme to frame me. My parents have a lot of
property, an in the past, individuals, maybe some dirty cops, as I believe some
were, have tried to use phone calls, turn offs, to attempt to steal those real
estate assets by framing me connected to them.
The relevance of turning off the phone was for a
campaign of phone calls trying to tie my presence to being in Virginia, when
the whole phone records would be inconsistent with that, as I only have called
maybe three phone numbers in the last 3 years in Virginia, and two of them
being my mom. And, I had received probable only the same number of phone
numbers, 3, from Virginia. Now, I received over 200 numbers in under three
months. Intimidation.
Fraud: each time I have to answer one of those phone
messages, I am defrauded out of airtime. There is financial cost, loss of time,
in answering and documenting 200 or more different phone numbers.
Discrimination: I do not think Tracfone spam all their
customers with over 200 different numbers and if so they may be defrauding them
out of a lot of airtime. Bad Trade Practices. But, I think it is discrimination
in my case at present because for around five years, I was not attacked in such
manner. Someone is fabricating false phone records; fabrication and planting
false evidence.
Someone has fabricated false evidence using phone
records that I have a presence in Virginia with more than 200 phone numbers,
and much more phone calls themselves, in the last three months with mostly
Danville Area Virginia prefixes, and many other just with different Virginia
prefixes, location, and addresses.
I have not been to Virginia in probable 3 or more
years and, I call my Mom pretty much every day or so. She is 78 years old and
have had several falls and injuries over the year; or she calls me. Before,
October 2020, over the last 5 years, I can’t recall receiving unwanted calls
from Tracfone other than a few from the VA.
I visited the VA New Year Eve to get a new pair of
Darco Wound Care Shoes and checked my information to make sure everything was
correct. I had one person in my contact list in case I had an emergency and
they have a (702) area code. The phone number had been deleted and substituted
with 2 (434) numbers which was not that persons phone number. I deleted all
that person information except their name.
Tracfone is acting as accomplices in the matter as
they are running out of phone numbers so they are allowing a large number of
phone numbers that are blocked to continue to call. I checked the numbers, they
have been unblocked for this purpose as they have a code beside them meaning
blocked phone numbers. They are also allowing messages to be left on my message
service without phone numbers showing up. I deleted the messages without
listening just by listening to the first few digits stated in the answering
service, so without a number being said, I am forced to listen to at least the
first part of the number. One of these was stated it was around 50 seconds
long. So far, January 21, 2021, I received a call 910-490-562, 1-804-294-9803,
blocked call 1-913-675-3123, blocked call 434-214-3072; blocked call
434-214-3072 on January 20, 2021, and blocked call 1-571-454-9829. January 19,
1-434-214-3072, 1-434-7354660, and blocked call 1-213-463-4036. January 18,
434-214-3072 and so on…
In my opinion, most of the phone messages are being
left, to cover up the attempt to frame my presence as being located in Virginia
with fabricated false phone records, by making them out of Virginia numbers
with opt-out messages. I checked some type of boxes requesting, opting-out,
that my number not be shared/sold. There are about 40 that I have not yet
deleted.
I waited until the election was over to see did the
phone calls continue as being tied to the Trump administration. They continued
after Biden sworn into office, January 20, 2021. The last call 1/22/2021

years. I have had probable the same number of text from 2 family members –
close friends - in the last 3 years. I do not text people, and generally no one
text message me. Over the last two weeks, I have had maybe 50 messages or more,
5 a day at times. Many of them associate the character Rebecca. I think that
XXX-multimedia porn sent, associated a similar name Rebecca. My belief? A
couple of, from the network of scumbag dirty cops and corrupt investigators,
those using alias to fabricate a false paper-trail of text messages to my phone
records. I do not text message scumbags; unless you are family or maybe a close
friend. Again, fabricating false phone records. Scumbags.
